As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), Caitlin is passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and build resilience while supporting the development of future mental health professionals. With more than 16 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, she has provided services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across inpatient, outpatient, residential, school-based, and in-home settings. Caitlin currently serves as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor providing evidence-based therapy, clinical supervision, and mentorship. Her areas of expertise include trauma, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavioral concerns, and relationship challenges. She strives to create a compassionate, collaborative environment that empowers clients and clinicians to achieve meaningful growth and lasting change. One of her greatest professional passions is supporting those who serve our communities, particularly law enforcement officers and first responders. She is committed to providing a confidential, supportive space where these professionals can process difficult experiences and prioritize their mental wellness. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Development and my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University. Her clinical training includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is dedicated to clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and advancing the mental health profession through leadership, supervision, and advocacy.
