William Jones, MD

Physician

Dr. William Jones was raised on a family owned dairy farm in Rice, Virginia. After graduating from Prince Edward Academy in 1972 and the University of Richmond in 1976, he graduated from the Medical College of Virginia in 1980. After an Internship at MCV, he finished his family medicine training at Blackstone Family Medical Center and joined Brookneal Family Practice Center in 1983. This practice later merged with Centra Health in 1995 to form CMG Brookneal. He retired from Centra Health in June of 2023 and is currently working part-time for Central Virginia Family Physicians at their Monelison office.
