Direct Care is the perfect way to ensure that LU employees have access to the help they need without the hassle of out-of-pocket fees and dealing with insurance. LU's Direct Care model from Collaborative Health features Direct Primary Care as well as Direct Physical Therapy Care.
This program is designed to improve employees' scope of health benefits while reducing projected healthcare spending. Our aim is to increase access to preventive care, sick care, physician-directed wellness resources, physical therapy services and physician-directed disease management services at no additional cost to the employee.

LU Direct Care
Our Direct Primary Care program, by Collaborative Health, provides enhanced medical care designed to improve the scope of health benefits while reducing the costs of healthcare for the employees and staff of Liberty University. Direct Primary Care is a way to improve access to preventive care, sick care, physician-directed wellness resources, and physician-directed disease management services at no out-of-pocket costs to you, the employee. This simplification of providing direct primary care gives employees more direct, individually focused, and custom access to their primary care provider—with lower cost.
LU Direct Physical Therapy Care
Our Direct PT program, by Rehab Associates, provides improved direct access to physical therapists, providing for quicker treatments to limit pain and return to function, at low to no out-of-pocket cost to you, the employee.
